Dr. Vera Schölmerich 

Research Consultant

Vera has spent over 10 years working in impact evaluation and evidence-based policy. As an Assistant Professor at Erasmus University, Vera has conducted cost-effectiveness research for international non-profits and policy-makers. She has directed several randomised controlled trials of complex public health interventions, and has worked with Professor Dan Ariely and his team running behavioural experiments on charitable giving. Vera has also lectured in statistics, evidence-based policy and high-leverage philanthropy. She holds an MPhil in Development Economics from Cambridge University, and a PhD from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
